"Arrived in Rockhampton with a caravan with a collapsed wheel bearing. Only having 3 days to get fixed, we contacted Joel and left a msg. He called back within 5 minutes and arranged to come to the caravan park in 2 days time. He and his apprentice arrived as arranged.
